1. About Aetherix
Aethera is a premium design studio offering brand identity, UI/UX design, and Framer development services to businesses and entrepreneurs.

2. Services
Aethera provides ongoing design services through a subscription model, as well as project-based engagements. The scope of services, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are agreed upon at the start of the working relationship.
Our services include (but are not limited to):
Brand identity design
UI/UX design and prototyping
Framer website design and development
Design strategy and consulting
The specific inclusions of each pricing plan are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
3. Using Our Website

4. Enquiries & Contact Forms
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form or book a discovery call, you are expressing interest in our services — this does not constitute a binding contract. A working relationship begins only when both parties have signed an agreement or you have purchased a plan.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Billing:
Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected at checkout. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of creative services, we do not offer refunds once design work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with your onboarding experience before work begins, please contact us within 7 days of your first payment to discuss a resolution.
Failed Payments:
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your subscription may be paused until the matter is resolved.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content:
Any materials, brand assets, or information you provide to Aethera remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering your project.
Our work:
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables created for your project. Aethera retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Our website:
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Aethera and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our website content without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your business confidentiality. Any sensitive information you share with us during an engagement will be kept private and not disclosed to third parties, except as required to deliver the project (e.g. development contractors under NDA) or as required by law.
8. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is." While we strive for high-quality work and clear communication, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes (such as revenue increases or conversion rates) resulting from our design work.
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services
Delays caused by late feedback or approvals on your end
Third-party platforms (hosting, payment processors, etc.) that we do not control
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethera's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Calendly, social media, or external resources). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Use them at your own discretion.
